Signing day surprises?

I know the Buffs are still hoping for Harris & Wright. Assuming CU hangs onto all of the current commits what are possible surprises? I’m not sure what other possibilities are out there other than Wren and maybe Kaho are there any other possibilities? Any chance Coates comes back into play?
 
Unfortunately, I think if there was a surprise, it wouldn't be a good one (meaning someone either already verbally committed or predicted to go to CU, decided to go somewhere else).
