The real question will be can he match the quantity Ray Polk had for hits out of boundsIf Parker doesn't be careful, he is going to get a Targeting Penalty....
Over under on how many he gets this year: 2.5

I thought about how funny it was that I almost expected a penalty when he upended that CSU receiver at the 1. It was a totally legal hit, but anytime a defensive player hits someone "too hard" anymore I automatically think the refs will throw a flag.
People are now complaining that defensive players are hitting people too low and tearing ACL's...
The targeting penalty is the newest in a long line of wussification techniques in football.
Based on interviews, I don't think anyone "wins" the toolbox. Merely, players put their written commitment into it and it's carried out with them game day. So, there isn't a weekly winner of the toolbox per se, unlike the sledgehammer where players vote on the biggest, "clean" hit.
terrible foot work to go along with a low and slow delivery. Cool @ss van though.Uncle Rico McElwain, seen early Monday morning, somewhere near Ft. Collins...

ThisGillam deserves it for two goal line stops. The first where he stood up the QB for a near safety and the second on the leaping RB to prevent a TD.

+1 and really deserved it for the first game also. Parkers hit was nice, but the reciever was not going to catch the ball anyway. With Gillam, he has had 4 game changing plays...to go along with great play anyway. He is kinda showing Webb up at the linebacker position.Gillam deserves it for two goal line stops.
