Offense is not as far behind in the conference as I had previously thought. Defense is another matter entirely.

All the teams we have yet to play are respectively ranked higher than us in total offense and total defense. Except for Cal whose total defense ranking is lower. In other words, it doesn't look good for us on paper.

They are, but that doesn't mean they're anywhere near as good on offense like Oregon, Oregon State, ASU, UA, or UCLA are. People aren't expecting to beat anyone other than Cal, I'm not sure what you're trying to get at.

Nah I see us playing much much batter down this final stretch and improving our overall rankings in O and D. I hope we play well this weekend, but I actually am excited to see our guys perform in those last three more than any final three games in a season for a while...

I agree they are getting better. I still tune knowing they will lose. Last year I did not. It might be 4 years before we go bowling again but I sure hope not.

To me it kinda shows that offenses are scoring at will not in the red-zone. Gashers as the HaLk would say. That seems like that is something that could be corrected with better athletes and better fundamentals.

I do notice the team surges to the runner and gang tackles. Overall I'd say our tackling is better than last year. Not great, but better.
