Washington: B- Colorado: B- Arizona State: C+ Oregon State: C+ Utah: C+ Washington State: C Arizona: C Of course, recruiting rankings are just opinions. Many recruiting services ranked things different, most notably with Stanford higher. Rivals 5. Stanford 7. USC 12.
