I really like jaron, but I feel like he has been trying to hard to fill spencers shoes. He is explosive, but he's been turing in 1/6 performances with 1 assist and 4 turnovers every game and it's killing us.
Today (vs Utah) I thought stalzer played well, and while he's not as good on offense as jaron, he's no where near as big of a defensive liability. Stalzer played well, didnt turn over the rock, and wasnt getting burned on D all the time.
XT I also thought played really well today and didnt do anything dumb aside from that play near the sidelines by the student section. While he wasnt as aggressive as I'd like to see him, he was able to get open and knock down the 3 ball when he got the rock. Again, he didnt get burned on D.
I guess my point is that Jhop is just too young and did too much dumb stuff. Even though he's probably got a larger skill set than Stalzer and XT, I dont think he should continue starting from here on out. Too big of a liability on defense and his offense doesnt make up for it.
Who would you start, stalzer or talton?
