StatSheet projects Colorado on the bubble for the NCAA Tournament and it must improve to get in. The Buffaloes are #64 in the StatSheet StatRank with a 16-7 overall record and an 8-3 record in the Pac 12.
During its last four games, Colorado was steady with wins against Oregon, Oregon State, and USC but also stumbled with a bad loss to RPI #108 UCLA.
Colorado has a 3-5 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes an 0-3 record against the RPI Top 50 and no record against AP ranked teams. While the Buffaloes have no quality wins, they're hampered by two bad losses including RPI #108 UCLA and RPI #103 Maryland.
The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are Miami (FL) (13-7, 4-3 ACC, StatRank #50), Ole Miss (14-8, 4-4 SEC, StatRank #51), New Mexico (19-4, 5-2 Mountain West, StatRank #40), and Minnesota (16-7, 4-6 Big Ten, StatRank #52).
The first four teams out are Brigham Young (20-6, 8-3 West Coast, StatRank #44), Colorado (16-7, 8-3 Pac 12, StatRank #64), Notre Dame (15-8, 7-3 Big East, StatRank #61), and Purdue (15-8, 5-5 Big Ten, StatRank #71).
The next four out are Arizona (16-8, 7-4 Pac 12, StatRank #65), LSU (13-9, 3-5 SEC, StatRank #69), Pittsburgh (14-9, 3-7 Big East, StatRank #61), and Texas (14-9, 4-6 Big 12, StatRank #66).[TABLE="class: tablepad"]
