StatSheet is projecting Colorado as an NCAA Tournament bubble team but likely out unless it improves. The Buffaloes are sitting at #67 in the StatSheet StatRank with a 17-8 overall record and a 9-4 record in the Pac 12.
Over the last four games, Colorado held its own with wins against Arizona State, Oregon, and Oregon State but also struggled with a loss against RPI #76 Arizona.
Colorado has a 4-7 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes an 0-3 record against the RPI Top 50 and no record against AP ranked teams. While the Buffaloes have no quality wins, they're dinged by two bad losses including RPI #111 UCLA and RPI #104 Stanford.
The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are Ole Miss (15-9, 5-5 SEC, StatRank #53), Arkansas (17-8, 5-5 SEC, StatRank #64), Colorado State (15-8, 4-4 Mountain West, StatRank #27), and Texas (16-9, 6-6 Big 12, StatRank #48).
The first four teams out are Colorado (17-8, 9-4 Pac 12, StatRank #67), Minnesota (17-8, 5-7 Big Ten, StatRank #66), Oregon (18-7, 9-4 Pac 12, StatRank #68), and St. Joseph's (PA) (16-10, 6-5 A-10, StatRank #49).
The next four out are Brigham Young (21-6, 9-3 West Coast, StatRank #49), South Florida (15-10, 8-4 Big East, StatRank #60), Washington (17-8, 10-3 Pac 12, StatRank #63), and Xavier (16-9, 7-4 A-10, StatRank #56).[TABLE="class: tablepad"]
