Its the blackout game, I feel like there's no way us students won't show. I haven't really heard much chatter about it in class which is kinda weird, but I've heard people talking about going to the game around campus.

I think this is more of a ploy to raise awareness than anything else.

It wouldn't shock me. If anything this will keep away students who don't want to go through the extra effort of going through the online claim process. The demand simply isn't there like it was in the past, and by pretending it is the AD is risking keeping away students who might be on the fence about going. I have a bad feeling this whole strategy will backfire.
