Sugar Bowl Thread - Alabama v Ohio State

Was pulling for Ohio State over Alabama, but I now kind of want to see Oregon take on Bama. In order for the Pac to be the king, it has to beat the reigning king, the SEC.
 
I hate both of these teams. I'm finding myself rooting for OSU, but mostly because the SEC pisses me off so much.

They beat the reigning king.

I'll pulling for OSU b/c of the cutoff jersey the RB has. Love that old school look.

Except that the SEC is not the reigning king. FSU was. Mission accomplished if that's what you were worried about.

Sort of. I did start hearing the talk shift to "Southern pride" after last year since they couldn't just say "SEC". Ohio State versus Oregon would be a good result. Plus, it would beg the question of how many times reputation set the final 2 -- keeping the best Pac-12 team out.
 
This is going to be a very good game. Really want to see the Quackers play the Tide though. Everyone on ESPN has been looking for a reason to make Saban and Bama #1 again and I want to see the Ducks take that and shove the SEC crap up their collective arses.
 
Buckeye's can't afford to trade FGs for TDs. Physically this is a close game but Ohio State has to finish some drives with TDs or the score won't be.
 
Looks like Alabama is about to break this one open. Too bad. I was hoping to see Ohio State push through to the title game.

Ending a drive with a field goal is getting one step closer to losing (rare exceptions).
