Tad Boyle Wikipedia Project

Some recent highlights:

2011 NIT Final Four
2012 Pac-12 Champions

Maybe some stuff on the players coached, especially Alec being a Lottery Pick.

Something about the nationally-ranked 2012 recruiting class, too.

Might make sense to include something about the coaching staff he has assembled.

This should rep the program to fans, researchers (media will use this to prep for games), and recruits who are checking us out.

But if you can swing it, I'm pretty sure your rep stick will be longer than Junc's by the time we're all done gleebing you.

Yeah I'll have pretty much all day Wednesday and a good chunk of Tuesday and Thursday and some of tonight.

CUBuffs.com usually has pretty good bios for our coaches so you could probably do some cut and pasting there and I would also google Tad Boyle Northern Colorado and you could probably get a link to an old school web site with some more bio info and some school records while a coach there but I'm sure I'm just stating the obvious. Good luck and I think it's a good idea. The Denver Post or Daily camera might also have some old articles on his time at UNC as well
 
I'm making a "Tad's kid dancing" t-shirt for you. I expect you to wear it to all games next year.
 
iirc i saw in the Ringo chat that he mentioned that his real name was thomas but his mom called him tad growing up
 
Rugged: can I get approval on wording for the wiki project?

I was thinking:

Tad's youngest son Pete is a crowd favorite for his dancing mop routines he does on the under the North basket during TV timeouts.

I wouldn't say crowd favorite, I'd say controversial figure.

I think it just needs a few typos cleaned up, maybe his photo from cubuffs.com inserted, and a description of the past season.

thx, i cleaned up my sh*T&y grammar and some typos. included a link to the cu mens bball wiki page, added a small section (needs to be expanded) on last season.

also added a "fluff" section based on increased fan interest under tad.

will work on adding a pic.
