Damn I hope he's not gonna go anywhere.....
He's not. Not sure why people keep thinking he will.
Because it is entirely possible he will. He will get a lot of phone calls these next few years.
He gave up a six figure salary to start his trek to coach his dream school. I don't see him leaving at all.

He's head coach at a major conference school that just won a championship. Not too many jobs are an upgrade.
(I ****ing loved typing that. :smile2
We're all huge CU fans but come on, you know that's not true.

It is true. He didn't say no jobs were an upgrade, but that not many were. He's right.
You really think there's only a handful (say less than 10) of basketball head coaching jobs that are a better job than CU? Really?

There is very probably quite a few that would be considered "better" than CU. However, I think the point is that the list that Tad would even consider leaving for is pretty short. Quality of life for his family is as big a consideration - if not bigger - for him as salary or "bigtime-ness".You really think there's only a handful (say less than 10) of basketball head coaching jobs that are a better job than CU? Maybe a few more than that, but not many. Look, CU has great facilities, a fantastic campus, all the support a coach could want, his team will be on television every night out. Money is not an object, he'll get paid market rates. There really aren't too many better jobs, and KU is realitically the only one I can think of that might be attractive to him.
