I've seen posts from angry fans of Missouri and Texas A&M saying that Beebe intentionally screwed them in seeding as payback for trying to leave the conference for the Big 10 and SEC, respectively. I even got an email from a source who said one of his inside sources is claiming there is proof that Beebe torpedoed CU's tourney chances.

Is it true? We'll never know. But I can't stand that guy, I'm pissed off, and it's just plausible enough for me to want to post this.

If there is proof, Beebe will have to talk to some of those Big 12 schools why he pulled this stunt. Oh wait, he's Bevo's lapdog.
 
10 guys behind closed doors who will never reveal the actual measures upon why they select those that they do.....seems like a breeding grounds for special interest, lobbying & corruption

Just need a journalist out there big enough and pissed off enough about many of the yearly injustices to try and break something like this wide open......could we get Woody Paige fired up?

Woody is a complete clown that nobody takes seriously. It would have to come from a larger market without Colorado ties.
 
Beebe works for Bevo. They took their parting shot. Fortunately for us we never have to deal with them again. I pity the other nine whose wagons are hitched to UT. They can expect foul play at every turn.

Also, I'm not sure about that never having to deal with Beebe/Bevo again, he's on the committee till 2014, and he'll be in the room any time CU comes up in future years.
 
If there is proof, I would think CU would have grounds for a lawsuit. Legal Eagles, what say ye? I say it'd be worth, oh, $12,000,000.

Dan Beebe can **** himself. We're taking all of our Skiing and Cross Country national championships west to the conference of champions, that asshat will continue to be the puppet of TexASS. Go to hell, douch nozzle.

Fowler plays his CU allegiance about as close to the vest as humanly possible. He will NEVER be an open advocate for CU. I'm not ripping him for it. He is just the consummate professional. I know we would all like him to open up a bit sometimes, but I just don't see it.

A question for those who know more than me (which is most people). Doesn't the BigXII get more money if there are more teams in the tournament? Dan promised a lot of people a whole lot of money. I'm not sure that it makes sense that he'd push to keep CU out if it meant more money for the conference.

He's still a douche, btw. Just trying to understand his motivation pro and con.

the shortfall comes out of the little guys. beebster (aka texas' lap dog) doesn't care if they **** over ku, kjuco state, mizzery, isu, etc., because those schools are already obligated cover the financial shortfall if beebe fails to get the conference a good deal AND he knows those schools are already prepared to bend over and take whatever abuse texas chooses to inflict upon them because most or all of them have nowhere else to go.
 
Kind of ironic that CU fans a crying about this when UNL fans were crying about the officiating during the football season, get over it and move on
