Was 25 years ago today. I'm going to hoist a few to Kordell, Anderson, and Westbrook later.
Crazy it's been that long. One of the best moments in college football history, not just CU's.Was 25 years ago today. I'm going to hoist a few to Kordell, Anderson, and Westbrook later.
Lucky bastard you are! Tons of jealousy hereWas a guest on the Buffs' sideline. Won't ever be topped.
Me, too! Except I no longer need my parent's place to stash stuff... Sorry?I still have that old Spots Illustrated in near mint condition in my bedroom at my parent's place.
I got nothin'. I watched it at a sports bar in Durham, NC on a 6 inch TV in my booth. My wife and I were the only ones in the bar watching the game by the end, as evidenced by everyone looking at me like I had bubonic plague when I stood up and screamed for 30 seconds while my wife tried to claw me back down to my seat. Was a guest on the Buffs' sideline. If anyone wondered why I watched the game on a 6 inch tv in our booth 2 hours from our house, this is why.I was in Virginia and the game wasn't broadcast to that area of the country. Some stupid east coast pillow fight was on, boring the masses. I was only able to catch score updates.
Then the network broke in with the replay complete with the iconic call by Chris Jackson. I went nuclear.
A few minutes later after I'd calmed down I realized the stupid pillow fight was still on.
Really??? The number 3 and 5 ranked teams are going head to head, in one of most famous stadiums in all of college football, and you showed this %#$÷&#=/ _&?!! $%÷ &%÷#"$÷%:€ &/5=÷!# /\€=$ no good !+/%=#& \=#!&÷ stinkin' worthless no good pansy slap fest??????

I do as well, it was extra special for me, considering a real good friend of mine loved Michigan football. I put it up on my wall so that peckerwood would have to see it. He always bitched about it being an illegal formation, all I said was, "scoreboard, in yall's crib."I still have that old Spots Illustrated in near mint condition in my bedroom at my parent's place.

His deal was was how they aligned, and Westbrook told them to back off the line. He didn't think they got close enough to the line, too many off. Doesn't matter, scoreboard. How the hell was it an illegal formation? That’s the first I’ve heard that
Are you sure he isn’t a ‘braska fan?His deal was was how they aligned, and Westbrook told them to back off the line. He didn't think they got close enough to the line, too many off. Doesn't matter, scoreboard.
I'm sure. I went down for my aunt's funeral, him and ****ing Rich told my son's mom to walk up to me and say, "it wasn't a clip." He knew damn well I'd react like I did lol, I just said, "what?" I looked at him, he busted out laughing, ****ing peckerwood. He's a Domer, obviously. There weren't many CU fans in my neck of the woods, until they starting winning alot. They only did it to get me to relax a bit, tough day. Believe, it was 2002, I've tried to forget about it.Are you sure he isn’t a ‘braska fan?

No kidding. I wasn’t even a guest to my kid’s birthday parties.Damm, you've lived a full life for all of us combined!!
Morrison: “I was a coach for a long time. We always looked for a better way to build the mouse trap. We let guys behind us. You just can’t do that. We let a guy with a cannon of an arm throw a ball that still, to this day, I’ve not seen a more beautiful ball. I haven’t. It was pretty spectacular.”
'That damn game'
A hush descended upon Michigan Stadium on Sept. 24, 1994, when Colorado quarterback Kordell Stewart launched a 64-yard “Hail Mary” to Michael Westbrook, who caught it in the back of the end zone to cap a remarkable comeback and stun the Wolverines.www.michigandaily.com
That was a really fun article to read. Thanks, BN99.'That damn game'
