Big thanks to the CU ticket office, I was struggling with moving my season tickets on their website app so I called them up. The representative I dealt with was excellent. Go buffs.

I didn't have trouble with the site, but had a question and called. Picked up immediately and actually provided informed and useful customer service.

I didn't know I was in the window to upgrade, but apparently I have been for about 12 hours now. I slid over from 217 to 218 and down a few rows. Still lost a lot of ground from my normal seats (up almost 30 seats higher than before), but I'm not complaining. I'm grateful to have tickets.

My window popped up just as I was waiting for an Uber back home after selling the Stinger. I didn’t even look at the website, I just called in. Moved down a few rows, added some tickets, and got closer to the aisle in about a 5 minute conversation.

It was the same dude that kept answering when I was calling in asking if it was my turn to sign up for tix originally. Not sure if that was a good thing or bad thing that he recognized my name?

What's the new ride?

You are probably not near us anymore. Safe!
