5 yrs ago today Nick Saban introduced as Bama boss. 47-6 since. 5 of previous 10 seasons Tide were .500 or worse. Worth $4.7M/yr ? Yes.

I just had to correct your guy Fowler on CNS's record at Bama on twitter. You people really don't take your football that seriously.

I agree they happen and in pro sports they are great especially in the playoffs but in college football due to the small amount of games played it just doesn't have the impact. Also, there are more teams deserving of a shot at the title instead of a bama team that already lost to this LSU team. I think a majority of the country agrees with me.

Yes - BC doesn't give a ****, but for me, the NC is already crowned in LSU. They can lose today, be 1 - 1 against Bama, yet played and won more games, including their conference with a tougher schedule.

Who deserves a shot at the title other than these two teams? Alabama was the only team to lose to LSU by single digits thanks to a couple missed field goals.
