Strength and Conditioning Coach is a very underlooked, but essential position.
This is what I have seen from Pit:
2008: A team desimated by injuries. Can you really have that many injuries with a team that is at full strength and in top condition?
2009: The slowest CU team I have ever seen. They are fat and slow, and as we have seen in the 3rd and 4th quarter, a team that is extremely out of shape... EXTREMELY!
The Problem: Pit came from Boise, he's probably the most safe guy here while Hawkins is still in charge.
But I assure you, this position is a big deal, and Pit is not getting it done. I give him an F
