VA Tech @ Pitt (on now, ESPN)

#20 Utah @ Oregon State (8pm on PACN)

Pitt's up 7-0 in the 2nd quarter. Decent football between two programs with some history.

I'm really curious about the late game tonight, though. I want to see how Utah's speed looks in comparison to Oregon State, because I thought the Buffs were faster than the Beavs. I'm not sure about the Utes. Seemed like the beat UCLA in the trenches and with a QB who could run against a soft Bruins team.
 
I've been watching Fort Lewis and Mines play lol. It's on altitude btw. I should of went and heckled Smith if he's still coaching there. That crazy bastard might shank you or something tho.

Disagree here, Nik. Horrendous game. Simply bad football. ACC is not good, programs like these would get straight **** on playing a 9 game Pac gauntlet. Hokies have a very fortunate schedule that masks a team that would struggle to find 6 wins in any power conference other than the ACC Coastal.

I posted that as a preview, not as in-game commentary. Look at what I posted in #5 to see what my in-game opinion is.

Even as a preview, though, I was being overly gracious. ACC sucks this year.
 
I thought we have penciled in a W vs Utah because Wilson was going to get injured and they were automatically going to suck? What happened?

Hokies now 4-3 (1-2) with no FSU, Clemson or Louisville on the schedule. Won't do anything to quiet the "Beamer is losing it" crowd.

Coastal is just a mess. Virginia, Duke or Georgia Tech will win it.
 
Fumble by Utah in its own end should set up an OSU field goal attempt to tie heading into half.
 
Should we not be able to score on USC? Frick it seems so. We moved it on the Beavs.

USC D got rolled by some others....

That implies run game. Which makes me clinch a bit. I do think our line is jelling. Our backs should be healthy.

We are gonna have to mix it up to give Troy cats a battle.

Tonights game with the Beavs and U has propped my hopium a bit.
 
Did they just say Oregon State or Utah has 51 TFL? Our front 7 has 9. Total. :sad panda:
