I'm sitting here on a Monday morning in February and the men's basketball board has more posters than any other board on the site and every one of the front page posts has been active in the last 12 hours or so. Look how far we've come!

Thanks again to Goose, 'nik, CVille, jg, Snow, and all the others who contribute to this board. From the endless updates to the RPI and bubble watch threads, to the recruiting coverage, to the game discussions, this site provides, bar-none, the best discussion on CU basketball, and really, college hoops in general. Seeing Ramnation today was a good reminder of the level of posters we have here.

Thanks again for all your hard work!
 
Pat yourself on the back too, mattrob. You bring a lot of great insights to this board.

I'm very proud of the group we have here and the coverage in general. We've come a long way from the days (only about 3 or 4 years ago) when we didn't have a separate hoops recruiting board, Exxon and I were having to move articles from the Newsroom in order to put any comment into this forum, and we had a few hardcore fans but very little activity. Scotch & Goose have taken this to an amazing level and it's that high-level stuff that has attracted other high-level stuff such as the advanced metrics discussions we now have. It's been a very, very cool thing to see how the foundation was laid and how this has grown with the program's success.
 
Honestly, thanks for the kind words but I don't belong in the same group as those specifically mentioned. That said, Allbuffs kicks ass at basketball coverage. Those guys all do incredible work, which I then just randomly comment on. Most important thing I do around here is end dinner dates early to go home, watch road games, and drink whiskey.

Whether it was just a handful of us hopeless diehards, or what it has grown to now, the CU hoops community here has always been a good time. :thumbsup:
 
Props to Tad for actually giving us a program worthy of truly following. Also props to Goose, nik etc too
 
I'm so grateful for this forum. One site for everything Buffs related is hard to beat. Thanks to all who make it great!
