Time Frame?

What kind of time frame do you all expect CU to have before they hire a new coach? I'm anxious, as all of you are. I'm just wondering how long the new staff will have before the recruiting deadline?

I think we find out by the end of the weekend. I don't think it can happen much later because the dead period with recruits is coming up.

Press conference sometime early next week imo. With strong rumblings on Sunday or late into the weekend

After the games this weekend, Bohn should be at that NIU vs Kent State game this weekend. Doeren and Hazell head to head.

How so soon if the next coach has a game this weekend or a bowl game in about 5 or 6 weeks? CU needs to get this right and not rush.

At the earliest, I would say Monday or Tuesday of next week ther will be a presser, we may hear who gets the job before then, but many teams regular seasons end this weekend, so I would expect a lot of movement over the next 7-10 days. Hawk was announced on 12/5 IIRC, Embo was announced 12/10...so I would think we'll see something next week.

I'm getting the feeling that Doeren is the man in this case. That will tick off my former roommate who is a NIU fan.

I know I will be watching. Typically the watching MAC Championship game is something I would not choose to do on a Friday night.
