Some hilarious questions in live chat today ('upset with beer choices, who to contact?'; and 'Ralphie training with Javier', wtf?). But what didnt amuse me was all the questioning of Chev's playcalling. What did I miss, other than run plays didnt happen that early in the UNH game? Still unsure as to how that warrants questioning his overall playcalling? I'm not saying that he's bulletproof or immune, but what patterns are any of you critics seeing that warrant your questioning of his play calls? Honestly curious if legit.

He started the game off with what he did the last few games with attacking the edges. We weren't seeing a ton of success, so he went with the run game up the middle of the line and worked. He hasn't been perfect but people are idiots if they think that has been an issue so far.

Shutting down the offense the second half was not his decision.

K, thanks.

The only two things that would have concerned me coming out of Saturday were a Northern Colorado like effort and injuries. We didn't have to deal with either. I will say I didn't love the way Chev called the first half against the Fuskers-We were allowing them to stack the box to take away the run and the short passes because we weren't going downfield enough to force their D to respect that. Other than that, he's had a great OOC.
