Currently Oklahoma State's offensive coordinator, a position he's held for 2 year now (2011-2012). Previously was wide receiver coach in the NFL (Jaguars) (2009-2010). He has previous experience at LSU (WR/Passing game coordinator) (2005-2008).

If we get down to chasing coordinators, he would not be a bad one go consider.

I'd support Monken. I believe that CU needs to go to a spread offense and more of a pass heavy one like at OSU, TT, and WVU. I just watched OSU-OU and marveled at how OU was able to come from behind and beat OSU. If OU had a pro style offense, they wouldn't have been able to mount that comeback. We need to recall the 2007 OU-CU game...I sincerely believed CU would come back in that one and they did.
