My list, do you agree? If not, how would you shuffle? Who doesn't belong, who should be in that isn't?

1. Colorado 1-11
2. Kansas 1-11
3. Boston College 2-10
4. Kentucky 2-10
5. Illinois 2-10
6. South Florida 3-9
7. Washington St. 3-9
8. Cal 3-9
9. Auburn 3-9
10. Arkansas 4-8

Nah, CU belongs at the top of that list....... never was competitive and showed zero progress as the season went on.

Good list. Of those, 7 of them are fired, 3 are first year HC. Of course, that makes Colorado racist.

Solid list. I'd switch out Arkansas with Iowa at #10 though. Same record, lost their last 6 games and play in an easier conference.

I would have to argue (sadly ) that my undergrad alma mater belongs on that list.

EDIT: Ooops ... confusing BCS schools with FBS schools. ****ing acronyms! Never mind.

Good list. Only 3 programs have histories of a SUCCESSFUL football program, and two of those had more than 1 win. So the only team with any history of football success with the fewest wins SHOULD be the worst of the year.

That's what Embree & Co led CU Football into.

South Florida's too new to Real Football to have any history drag it down - they can go wherever they want but with the competition for a dwindling in-state talent base always at the highest levels, SoFla has little chance of anything more than a stringing two winning seasons together.

The other programs have histories of losing football programs, and despite a lot of recent-year hype to the contrary, they are still the worst programs.

Of course, New Mexico State isn't listed. But they've always been beyond terrible - and they're expected to be. "2012" was no more or less than their normal status so "worst in 2012" doesn't befit them.

There is a difference between "program" and "team," but presuming you mean worst teams, CU is without a doubt number 1. IMO, the 2012 team is probably one of the Top 10 worst BCS teams since the creation of the BCS.
