Wondering if it is a date issue, I just reconfigured the dates and test with a dummy registered user account and it works now. I'll test with a club member is a second.

Ok seems to be some sort of club member issue since it is restricted to you and BCS reporting the issue at the moment and I was able to verify that with a test "club member" account. Registered users are unaffected which is odd.
