FIRST CAREER ACTION A total of 34 players made their Buffalo debuts tonight, easily the most in CU history dating to when records are available (*—mainly saw action on special teams):

TRUE FRESHMEN (5): DE Israel Antwine, WR Daniel Arias, OL Frank Filip, S *Hasaan Hypolite, WR Dimitri Stanley
REDSHIRT FROSH (17): WR Maurice Bell, CB Mehki Blackmon, WR Curtis Chiaverini, TB Alex Fontenot, S Kevin George, DE Terrance Lang, S Isaiah Lewis, QB Tyler Lytle, DL Nico Magri, OG Jake Moretti, ILB Chase Newman, OL Heston Paige, C Colby Pursell, TE Brady Russell, OL William Sherman, ILB Jonathan Van Diest, OLB Carson Wells
SOPHOMORES (6): CB Delrick Abrams, TE Derek Coleman, DE Mustafa Johnson, OL Kary Kutsch, WR Erik Lawson, S Aaron Maddox
JUNIORS (4): WR Tony Brown, TE Darrion Jones, OLB Davion Taylor, OLB Alex Tchangam
SENIORS (2): DT Mo Bandi, TB Travon McMilliann

Makes total sense to play Arias even if he doesn't get that many reps this year. Based on what I saw and especially what I'm hearing, he's got the talent to be leaving for the NFL after 3 years. May as well have that happen after his junior year instead of after his RS-sophomore season.

This should be encouraging for high level talented recruits considering CU...redshirt is usually a turn off for the elite level of talent.

If he's not targeted, there's zero difference. Throw the ducking ball and let the QBs and WRs get real reps!

Looks like Antwine, Arias, and Hypolite were the only true freshmen to play against the corn.

Stanley and Filip played against CSU but not on Saturday.

I wonder what @Liver washes more of in a week - pants or whiskey glasses.

dat's easy! a fine crystal glass for me bourbon... 1 per drinking session X 7 times hand-washed per week. a pair of jeans... 2-3x uses per week = 2 maybe machine washes per week.

cost of a pair of jeans = 40 bucks usually.
cost of a fine crystal glass = 200-300 per glass depending on its goodness.

this **** is basic math.

pants are overrated.

Your washing your jeans too much and not spending enough on them

Better answer - you're wearing jeans too much.

I don't wear long pants between about May Day and Halloween, except under 3 conditions: weather conditions dictate (rare and usually altitude related), religious observations, and some bull**** business thing that will inevitably have me grumpy.

But yeah, whatever jeans Liver's paying $40 for, my wife wouldn't let me wear. She's pretty laid back about most of my choices (hence the shorts all the time), except for pants. It's really weird.

I unilaterally bought some linen pants for an overseas trip, she freaked the **** out.

Levi 501 slim and tapered. Under $29.99 any day at Kohls or Ross or tjMaxx. Don’t let the female shopping industrial complex cloud your judgement.

Were they wrinkled beyond recognition?

You can get Levi's at Macys for $40 a pair as well. 569s are my go to. I hate tight jeans, these leave a little room to move freely.
560 loose fit & 501... 33W-31L which is probably why they cost me more. I only own 3 pairs of boxers for Sunday goin to meetin, my sons were going commando before they were 15 LOL there were no whitey tighties in the laundry.

Close snobs, social rules putzes and grooming product snobs need to get a life; and get the **** off of my lawn.

Jebus. The next time I look for jeans advice it won't be from you bootcut wearing assholes.

FLounder is (dissapointingly) the only person close to correct here.
