Total bummer for Travis and UT but great news for CU. Now focus on USC and get that part done.
I feel totally bad for the kid. Sucks to be him. We all have our issues to deal with. Sucks for him. I really feel bad for him and his family. Hopefully he can move on with life now and hopefully have a chance to play some football in the future.A competitor losing his football career is never great news for CU.
It's possible that this concussion was a blessing in disguise.
He has signed waivers to the NCAA and the university. As a coach when do you advise the kid you think he is making a mistake? My experience with asimilar situation did not go well. Parents and kid have made their choice and have a doctors signing off on it.Head coach KW is on the hot seat now, so this one worries me. They literally have no chance without Wilson to take the next step. May not with him, but I hope there is no risk with this pre-existing situation, not to mention the multiple concussions he's had.
