Up in Redmond meeting with the Evil Empire - and after reading the sports pages I am surprised with the coverage of the football teams. The Seahawks are the rage and the Mariners are trying to make the playoffs but there is still a lot of coverage of the college teams. It is in stark contrast to the Denver market. Although Chris Peterson may wish for less - a lot of questioning of his coaching decisions against Stanford.

It is sad how the Post has thrown the college game to the curb.

I think over time we just have some of the laziest columnist and editors left - the best have probaly bailed for better careers.
