Freemont Dock is the Forever Buffs watch party bar. When I was out there during P12 championship it had plenty of Buffs fans, but more UW fans. It is conveniently right next door to Freemont Brewing company (which didn't have tvs when I was there).
But they won’t let you save seats. So make sure your entire party is there on time.
