Wazzou Bet thread.

Think Positive and life will be Positive.
Since this season has hit an all time low, in suckatude. Can we at least have fun?

For the rest of the season I am going to be the host of a bet thread. You win, you get pos rep. You lose, you get neg rep.

Here's how it will work, I will be doing over/under lines for yardage, touchdowns and points.

There will be 5 lines to bet on. If you lose on 3 of them, neg. Vice versa for winning 3.

Washington State.

1. Wazzou will score 49 points.

2. Marquess Wilson gains 200 yards receiving.

3. Buffs score 24 points.

4. Powell will gain 50 yards on the ground.

5. Buffs defense intercepts Wazzou QB's twice.

Looking at our season so far. WSU could double 49. Wilson is incredible, he'd be playing against a true freshman. We suck on offense. We will be throwing if we are far behind. Again, we have TWO starting true freshman at CB.
 
When the line was released in LV, most books opened at CU -14.5. Within a few hours, the line shot up to CU -18. Depending upon where you want to play, betting in favor of Wazzu means that you'll be laying anywhere from 18.5 - 19.5 points. Every smart bettor I know is counting the Wazzu game as a "multi-unit" bet meaning that they're getting it all in against the Buffs.

Of course, the real betting quandary will be whether or not LV will post lines in our games against the Duckers and Trojans. Last year, the smart $$$ got in early and made major hay in those two games. This year could be worse.
