Marquess Wilson quits the team during his third season. Throws The Pirate and the rest of the coaching staff under the bus, runs them over, backs over them, then smokes the tires on them on his way out the door.....
 
Wow. I wouldn't say they're in a bigger mess than we are, it's just that their dirty laundry has been made public. Maybe we need that for change to occur, though I hope that's not the case.

At least we can say with some confidence that our coach is a good guy. The same thing can't be said about Leach.
 
I was just glad not to see, "We lost to Colorado, for chrissakes. Colorado."
 
I just hate seeing the dram of Marquess Wilson deferred.
 
We need this kind of leadership from one of our players...

Wilson makes some pretty serious allegations against the wsu coaching staff. This goes beyond their competence as coaches. There's been talk that the locker room is divided, but I haven't heard anything rising to the level of abusive behavior. If that's taking place, then somebody absolutely needs to come forward.

webb lets go with webb at least the others are some what contributing on the field... webbs best attribute is that he is slow
 
Leach hasn't been QUITE as vocal in his first season at WSU as he was about Fat Girlfriends in his first year at Lubbock. But apparently, he's either behaving true-to-form OR some whiny-baby didn't get his way often enough, and is taking the easy way out by using well-rehearsed lines. Leach's "system" was generally loved by his Lubbock receivers and Offense folks - except for one slackard who didn't get enough spotlight time in his first season.

I think this is AS likely a scenario. But then throw these two needs-a-diaper mentalities together, and I think WSU has met Leach's Enemy, and he is theirs.

The bigger question: every conference WILL have a cellar dweller. Is it better to have ONE constant team in that position? They're going to pull upsets occasionally. Would conference leaders prefer to lose to the Always Worst Program, or have a rotating group of cellar dwellers, over tmie?

Then, a secondary question: if every conference GETS a cellar dweller, do they also want a soap opera star, too?
 
Leach was considered too "abusive" to players while coaching in west Texas. And his act was supposed to play in Pac-12 country?

This will end in disaster.
