We going to Australia?

Don't want any part of it unless we have a bye the following week.

When I flew to Australia it wasn't a big deal. Got to Sydney and felt like I had a bad nights sleep, took a good nap and was fine.

Coming back though was brutal, worst case of jet lag I've ever had. Took me three days just to get my senses back.

Would not want to make the trip back then try to prepare for and play a game that week.

Can't recommend it enough as a place to visit. Friendly people who think there is something wrong with you if you won't spend all night drinking their beer and eating their food. Amazing scenery and mostly wide open space with no crowds.
 
Ugh. Really going to have to start stacking up on those airline miles. No way in hell I'm flying to Australia and back in coach.

When one of you assholes put that gigantic spider in whatever thread that was, I'll pass. That thing looked like it was right out of freaking Alien.
 
Note to nfl and ncaa, europe, uk etc dont give a **** about our brand of football.

Hawaii had to lose to Cal in Australia and then fly to Michigan for a game the next week. If UofM was as good as they say they should have beat them by 100

This is a great point. It would either need to be a year where it can be an away game for both teams that season, or maybe they simply were offering UA and CU to hit up their OOC opponents to check if any of them were up for moving the game to the week before the season started like Cal vs HA. It is easy to assume they meant us playing each other, but it didn't actually say that.

When you travel to Hawaii, you get an extra game. For Australia you should get two. So Like 14 games and 5 Pac12 home games which would mean 9 home games. Oh how the money rolls in for the Mighty Buffs. (9 home games, 4 pac road and 1 Aussie) RG could make this happen.
