We Now Take You to Fort Worth

I saw a tweet that linked the lawsuit. His claim is that they mistreated a pelvic injury by not following the medical protocol for that injury, threatening to kick him off the team and out of school if he didn't play, and that they inflicted psychological harm during that time. He ended up having to have his pelvis fused together due to muscle and cartilage deterioration from repeated corticosteroid injections after the injury which is strongly advised against in the medical protocol. Ran a 4.39 at the combine before the surgery, was drafted 6th round, but never fully recovered.

I think someone is about to get paid, but probably won't personally take home anywhere near enough to compensate for that permanent debilitation. Wow. That sucks.
