We now take you to osu

Riley may fit in with the nubber culture better than we thought.

**This snarky comment in no way justifies or in any way approves of said culture.**

From the little details I've read, seems like a stretch of a lawsuit. Non-OSU student, not on OSU campus, while Riley was no longer with the team; I'm failing to see much of a correlation on this one.

Most of the time cases like this really never get any traction. It will be a distraction for the new leader of the corn though.

What's weird is when I heard this I thought they were referring to this incident, in '98, that got some more press last fall:
She reported the gang rape to police in 1998. She'd told investigators the men stood around, watching it happen and cheering the others on. At one point, she said she begged one of the men to make it stop. "A bad choice?" she asked herself over the years. "I get sick of reading articles about how great a guy the coach is."

That coach is Mike Riley.

The victim never pressed charges out of fear(see article for the background), which kind of absolved the university and the authorities from their lack of action. Riley only suspended the players for 1 game, for what he called "making a bad choice"

That incident is past the statute of limitations. And the University just hired her to act as a spokesperson to speak on sexual assault awareness:

Just curious timing for all this. OSU hiring this woman, Brenda Tracy, is them acknowledging they didn't handle her situation correctly, I wonder if the '99 lawsuit will use that to make their case.
