I read a news story where that kicker claimed to have been beaten up by the frat guys for no reason.... that story sounded very fishy. I assumed he must have done something to provoke them and left it out of HIS version, I guess this is what he neglected to mention to the police
we were driving to Kansas, to visit my grandmother, and my mom was driving. She wasn't paying full attention to the road and, to our horror she ran over a turtle. We didn't let that one go for years. One year my sister even got her a Christmas ornament turtle with tire marks on the shell my sister drew with a sharpie.

A few years ago I was driving along the White River in Northeast Colorado with a friend. Suddenly an otter ran out into the road! I swerved to avoid it, but hit it dead on. I felt terrible and didn't know what to say. My passenger paused less than a second and said, "he otter known better."
