Florida and Dan Mullen hit with negotiated sanctions for recruiting violations (no loss of scholarships...obviously no walk-ons accidentally got an extra meal). No idea how long this has been dragging out since it looks like they may be listing some sanctions that were already self imposed from a year ago unless the dates are typos.
