Trust me, we do not want ben mills redshirting.
Suprised that niether Talton or Stalzer redshirting. seems strange to have two similar guards in same class. That said, I thought talton looked pretty confident last night, he was far and away the most surprising player for me
Ben Mills suited, but didn't play in a 20 point win at home. Are we ever going to give him a redshirt year to not look like a beanpole?
+ academics...Boyle said in his post practice comments that the decision to red-shirt Gordon ddn't come until Friday morning, that after the UNC scrimmage he was floated the idea, that he was only going to get 5-10 minutes a night.

but ya, I'm worried about our frontcourt depth. big teams are going to be a problem, once again this year.
Simba was a new man. He is definitely no longer the slow bug eating simba. This is the simba that kicked Scar's ass.agreed, but he did say if SHT wasn't healthy he wouldn't be redshirting.

Admittedly, I don't know where he is at in his game, and I certainly have the utmost respect for Tad and the staff's judgement. Nor do I expect the stance on Gordon to change.
That said, we're going to apparently have more times than we suspected throughout the season where Dre and Josh get into early foul trouble, and naturally times where they simply need to catch a quick breather. SHT is back to struggling as much as ever (he played a little better late last season than he started). Basically, I guess I'm just having a hard time seeing how what Gordon brings to the table could possibly be anything other than varying between the spectrum of a decent---->very good improvement over what we currently face with the depth situation in the post.
