Quick summary: 1st Half- Bevo is the best, National Title, we're the best.
2nd half- The Refs Suck. :lol:
 
Once you get to page 6 it gets funny as hell. And just about every one of Derka's posts was bitching about the refs. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
 
of course its the refs... the 2nd half did get a little out of hand I think but they shouldn't complain about the first. the refs were good in the first half.

I love how much they ***** about the Refs. Besides a few strange calls, it was one of our better officiated games. I'm not sure what the foul spread was but overall way better than against k-state.

Also, I had extreme difficultly reading with this gif distraction

They were very upset about Levi's open three's. They changed the game. Thank god. Penetration and pop the ball out for the open three.

Texas fans were also concerned with their coaches, Barnes, inability to make adjustments and keep a decent game plan. I would be too if my team died like Texas did today.

classy people. I didn't read it all, but didn't see anyone calling out the people posting about CU's '****** white boys' or calling another fan a "cnut", for questioning a timeout.

I'm happy to leave these people behind.

Is Hornfans out of business? I keep getting "connection timed out" messages everytime I try to go there...

Also, I kinda would like to see thujone do an MSPaint of today's game...that should be entertaining!

We were at home and took like 3 more free throws despite them fouling intentionally at the end.

And that call on Levi that gifted the Horns with 3 free throws at the end was a completely awful call that was largely responsible for it getting as close as it did. **** them.
 
If we had lost we would probably be blaming the refs too. I think they did an overall good job today. They came out of half time whistle happy but they chilled back out towards the end. They should blame their complete lack of teamwork on the offensive side for the reason they lost.
 
At the game I actually thought the Texas fans were less obnoxious then KU, KSU and Nebraksa fans. This is probably a byproduct of coming from a good academic school thats located in an urban area.

I'm watching a replay right now. Those wHorn fans that think the calls went against them are ****ing delusional. I'm actually pretty shocked at how many of our fans think the game was well officiated. UT was allowed far more contact all game than CU was. And I agree that that call at the end of the game was putrid...

Doesn't matter since CU won, but the idea that CU is ever going to get preferential treatment over UT from Big Texas conference officials is really pretty hilarious... :lol:

They literally went from talking about winning by 50 (no joke) in the first half and how good it felt to be beating up on the "traitors", to claiming that they will lose their final two games, an early exit in KC, and zero chance of advancing beyond the second round of march madness. I'm hardly the type to both with opposing fans' message boards, but this was just too priceless. Texas fans are so arrogant and spoiled - just like their athletics teams (and it shows when their absurdly talented teams often get out-toughed)

Hopefully the Whorns CAN win their next two - beating KSU and especially Baylor in Waco is important to our cause.

There was absolutely no valuable information or analysis in that thread.

That always bugs me, when the opposing teams fans know absolutely nothing of the team they're playing. I guess it is a symptom of being so successful for so long.... you don't ever NEED to know.
 
Alec Burks was too quick and long for any of the defenders they put on him. He was blowing by their perimeter defense on practically any move he made and their defensive help either didn't come, or came late and were out of position. Dribble penetration almost always results in an easy bucket or a foul if it's contested. It's hard to blame officiating when your defense isn't doing what they're supposed to be doing.
