What Would a CU Buffs Branded Beer Look Like?

Clearly it would be called "Buff Stoudt" and would have a "Stoudt" as its main image on the label
 
Not sure this is a great idea, all I can think of is "Buff Piss" or some variation (which is a good reason to have ended the thread as d3h suggested).
 
1) CU develops a fermentation sciences degree
2) CU builds a microbrewery/restaurant that is open on game days and maybe 1 or 2 other days a week. They develop a CU Themed/Branded beer.
3) ????
4) Profit

Wait, does CSU have a masters in that?
I could get the Navy to pay for that AND be set up for opening a biz when I retire!
Now, if CU would just get on board, then I wouldn't have to stoop to unknown levels.
 
We already have a beer, its called "Coors." If you need a lighter beer, we have "Coors Light." Simply rebrand with out logos.
 
A university licensing its branding to promote a beer is really bad optics when alcohol abuse is such a problem on college campuses. Not sure there's an actual moral problem here, but it sure does look bad.

Putting that to the side, I much prefer CU being in partnership with Colorado-based brewers (particular Boulder-based craft brewers). Likewise, for wine and mixed drinks I think that they should only carry the Colorado winery and distillery products at CU events.

LSU might be one of the only schools that can get away with that. CU is never gonna go there.

Yes, that S***. Anyone that argues that we should have some IPA should go ahead and move up to Fort Collins. Honestly, I will help you pack up and leave. I'm from Hawaii and still rep Coors everyday. It's in Golden, practically Boulder and our stadium is named after it. The Coors Event Center or even better the KEG. I will go as far as to help you move next to the New Belgium Brewery and even schedule a tour.
