No sightings since the Utah game? What is his take on Embree and Mac, and their extreme position?

As I said in the other thread, I believe he's technically still employed by the University. The only person fired was Embree.

Using his head, keeping quiet and probably looking for another NFL assistant job.

blucifer is right... and of all the people i thought would be able to keep there mouth shut...eb was the absolute last person on that list

Would EB even consider staying on as a position coach? Or would that be way too awkward? The latter, I suspect.

I was just thinking that this would be a smart move if they wanted to save his severance package:

(1). Offer him the title if co-offensive coordinator in new regime and also make him a position coach, like running backs;

(2). Make it clear that he has the title of Co-offensive coordinator, but that the new guy is in charge.

(3). If he then quits, CU has a good defense in that he breached the contract, not them.

#3 would be ******, for one. The new coach would decide, not the AD.

I kind of always thought that SOP was for the assistants to stay on (unless they secured another job and resigned) until the new coach was hired. Then the new coach evaluated each of them, and decided to keep some, all or none of them. More often than not, one or more are retained by the new coach.

Being smarter than Water Bottle and keeping his head down so can get another job.

So our two newest former coaches are called "Juice Box" and now "Waterbottle" if it wasn't so sad it would be funny. Onward and upward my Buff loyalists!!! Better days lie ahead. Go Buffs!
