Which freshmen do you think will make the biggest splash in fall camp?

Specifically asking about "fall camp". So this could be someone who won't get to play this year like a QB or OL but will impress as a future star. But it could also be a guy who looks like he'll be an impact true frosh like Powell last year or Henderson the year before. Also, maybe there's a position that you think the freshmen will impact as a group.

Michael AdkinsRunning Back
Chidobe AwuzieDefensive Back
Bryce BoboWide Receiver
Timothy ColemanDefensive Line
Elijah DunstonWide Receiver
George FrazierLinebacker / Defensive Line
Jimmie GilbertLinebacker
Gunnar GrahamOffensive Line
Jonathan HuckinsOffensive Line
Sam KronshageOffensive Line
Phillip LindsayRunning Back
Sefo LiufauQuarterback
Kenneth OlugbodeAthlete (RB/LB)
Devin RossWide Receiver
Ryan SeversonAthlete (DB/RB)
Colin SuttonOffensive Line
Tedric ThompsonDefensive Back

* I didn't include linebackers Addison Gillam and Markeis Reed since they were here for spring ball, but they deserve mention as potential impact freshmen.

I'm hoping none of the freshmen make a splach. I'm gonna say Coleman, Awuzie and Gilbert make an impact. I'm hoping Sefo shows some signs of what he can do, but suspect we're also going to see that he has a ways to go...

Awuzie, Thompson, Sutton, Olugbode, Severson.

I think Severson and Olgubode will see action on ST. Sutton has the size to play right away, although hopefully we don't need him to. Awuzie and Thompson need to come in ready to roll because we definitely need them to contribute.

There's always some random who comes out of nowhere to impress. So with that I'll go with Adkins, Olugbode, and/or Severson

For the future:

Bobo, Graham, Gilbert, and Adkins will all end up being starters imo. Maybe Huckins too.

I expect Markeis Reed to improve on his spring and show he belongs with the starters at LB/DE. For the newcomers I think Olugbode is going to be a hitter and will see some defensive reps and a lot of special teams work. Leading special teams tackler in camp maybe.

Interesting that the consensus seems to be that the late signees will capture most of the buzz.

I am thinking Thompson b/c he we are weak at safety and he has the raw physical tools to be quite good. He was also one of the few we got with multiple BCS offers for what its worth.

T2, Coleman, and Gilbert. I'm intrigued by Frazier, but I think his future will be on the D-Line, so he'll take some time to develop there but could be a good one down the road.

Reed is very young he is either about to turn 18 or just has (apologies for not recalling the exact dates).

Best bet IMO is for a WR/athlete to make an immediate impact on special teams. Other than that, hoping LBs make an impact as I think that's our weakest player group.

We had eyes on Coleman all along but apparently the old staff had no interest in looking at him due to the injury. One of the holdovers was pushing hard to get him looked at but Jon wouldn't do it. As soon as the new staff was announced his tapes were on MikeMac's desk and after a workout/meet we pulled the trigger. Having meet Coleman he is a big dude for being so young. Honestly it is the same story as with Reed and Gilliam, they are all tall and have frames that can and will have some good weight on them.

In the longer term, I hope it's Sefo. But I hope we don't hear too much for a few years....

One year from ACL injury likely eliminates Coleman and Lindsey.

I'm very high on the late pickups, so I'll go with Severson, Gillam and Reed. All are at positions that need some immediate help. All can play STs.

The ones recruited by HCMM and not the previous ****sticks.
