I know. 5 years ago I'd be drunk but I gave that up.

I just got a cold yesterday. Been sneezing my ass off all day. Flew today, got an ear block in my left ear and still can’t hear out if it.
My boss (admiral) left at 1130 so I left at 1200 today.
Got home. Took 2 Benadryl (thus the response to your post), passed out immediately for a 3 hour nap. Made grilled burgers, have had 2 glasses of bourbon and 3 glasses of wine. I’m swollen AF - I ain’t sleepin’ for ****.
Not good if you’re mixing with the beverages.
