WSU's Klay Thompson busted for possession of pot

The smell of wheat from the Palouse isn't the only thing to engulf Pullman these days since some WSU football players have been busted for pot last year.

Just look at the ESPN photo of Thompson...Dazed and Confused!

Does CU, Pac 12, NCAA have rules/exceptions regarding medical marajuna? If a kid gets his license, how could they prevent them from smoking?
