Burks is not on the list but Pullen is?? Derrick Williams only truly turned it on at the end. I did not think that Burks would win but to not be a finalist? What the hell is everyone's problem with Colorado?

Williams was the best player in the country the entire year, IMO. Take a look at his game log. Appears consistent to me.

That's due to the fact that the Pac 10 was ignored by a lot of writers nationally because it's not the ACC or Big 10. Williams has been a beast all season.

In that list, I think Hansbrough and Pullen are bubble guys that made it on the list. On the bubble, is also Burks, as well as many other players. None of those kids are going to win, so I personally don't think we can fault the Wooden committee for choosing to leave Burks out. When you play to be on the bubble, then you can't be upset when it's burst. You can make the arguments for why your resume is better than those that got in, but regardless, you were on the bubble.

Burks had a great season, but this list should be shortened to Jimmer, Kemba, D Williams, Sullinger, and Nolan. Those right there I feel were the cream of the crop this year, and Kemba Walker was the best player with Jimmer second.
