Okay, I don't care for opponent comparisons myself. There are too many other factors that go into play to just say "The buffs beat miami of ohio who beat ball st. who barely lost to nebraska, which means that the buffs are probably better than the fuskers." Just doesnt work like that.

You're right it doesn't mean anything to compare opponents. But what does mean something is the pinkskirts have allowed 89 points in their last two home games after almost losing at Wake Forest. If fusker fans think they're so good now and Cally is a great coach, and the buffs stand no chance against them, then they're delusional. 89 ****ing points AT HOME, BLACKSHIRTS? Yeah I made it fully aware yesterday that we could be ****ed if they don't figure out where the defense placed their nuts at. I have a picture in my head of some little ****ing troll coming into their beds at night and clipping them off so he can sell them in the blackmarket to put shoes on his little troll kids feet!!! It's just sad as hell..................I refuse to call them the Blackshirts until further notice! :sad2:
please. a couple weeks ago, iowan was the koolaid man. in the past month, he has popped off more times than he has teeth about how the huskers will see oklahoma in the b12 cg.
not that is saying much for his dental health, as it has been slightly more than a dozen - but at least he was half right about that championship game. texas has not done a thing to demonstrate that they are much of a threat this year (although their posh ranking will keep them in the top 25 after a loss to okie).

That's because our defense hadn't gone to **** yet. We can still win the rest of our games, but they need to figure out what the hell is going on with the defense. I'll take 1 point wins from here on out because that's what they are WINS, but I don't think it would be good for my overall cardiovascular health. Of course I had faith in my team, but at least I can say that if our defense doesn't figure out something in a hurry we are ****ed! I thought it was just that USC was that good and that's why they looked so bad. I guess I was wrong.

Saying that NU is going to win does not equate to saying CU has NO CHANCE, like he was pinning on me. Surely everyone can see a difference there.
at what point did you realize your defense was going to ****? did you think it a fabulous performance of the blackshirts when they allowed the deamon deacons to walk all over them to the extent that they were in the game the final seconds of the wake game? it seems to me that even at that point, you thought your team had "enough" to pull one out vs usc.
so what gives? are you slower than most in evaluating a defense? or are you the koolaid man? :smile2:

I thought they looked good against Nevada which honestly it's Nevada so..........then the WF game I thought it's a tough road game and we weren't good on the road last year so I'll go with a win on that one. At least they still showed a little fire playing against WF. It was while I was at the USC game where I saw them playing like they were scared. That's when I started to get worried a little, but USC is the #1 team in the nation so I didn't know if it was us or them that caused the defense to look so bad. Yesterday was the conformation I was hoping that I wouldn't get. They SUCK!!!! So there's your answer oh wise one!!! :lol:
