Also if Applewhite left becuase of a lack of offensive control why would a more experienced guy like Watson sign on for that?
 
One of the sales guys in my office use to be an assistant coach with ShortBus. He basically said that Shawn would degrade all the players that weren't the starters. He said that if the player wasn't one the stars players on the team, he would **** all over them. He said he really could stand the guy at all. He is just as amazed as everyone here as to how he can have a job.

Well duh. Sh*t. Some people actually hire people like Bill Calahan and expect that they won't gravitate towards mediocrity. :lol:

Sorry to say that most of us saw that coming from miles and miles away. Your stupid enough to fire a coach with 9 wins than you reap what you have sown.

Obviously they have not completely weaned themselves of their stupidity.
 
The reporter read it in some forum and used it as a source. Saban has been ripping him to shreads on it since then.
 
I think it's funny the corn fans like watson, have they ever seen him call plays. didn't slashie call the plays last year?

Saban stated that he DID contact Watson. I think he is just pissed because he couldn't slither with out someone finding out!
