Air Force September 14

Did ya go with the Orange + Sports? I assume the ESPN additions (instead of FS1) is preferable.

Went with blue so I could watch the Nubs lose to NIU. I'm thinking after that deal expires, I can switch to Orange. Got the sports one too.

oh look, you can afford the pac 12 network!

More like I wasn't going to miss seeing the AFA game under any circumstances. 30th season as a Buffs fan and a Buffs fan who waited too long to watch the Buffs play Air Force on the gridiron.

Sorry I'm not a commie like you.
Being a buffs fan is commie?

It appears he is confusing an economic system with having a military. History shows that “commie” countries such as the USSR and China have quite extensive military installations.

This whole week has seen some emotional posts rejecting the typical competitive jabs at the Buffs’ opponent tomorrow. Some people just pucker up as if they have a jalapeño stuck in their butt.

Chuck Yeager started up the AF after WW2 I believe. He is 96, still flying, married to a much younger gal, and sometimes feisty on twitter.

I want to win this game without a doubt, but I want to applaud all Air Force Players and Staff for what they do for our Country!!! Based on reading what happened back in 1974, there is a wound to be healed, and CU should be a shining leader for civility and class when it comes to this game from now on, especially with the quality and class of our fearless leader Coach Tucker, who very seriously was committed to going to AFA.
Go Buffs

**** the air Force!

I reallh think we have a big advantage, having played 2 intense games, vs them having basically played a scrimmage that probably has them feeling overconfident. They arwnt used to game speed full contact like we are.

Im not expecring this to be close, although games against service academies tend to be unpredictable.

I would like to see us show off our speed early in the game to catch them offguard. Maybe take a deep shot on our first play. Its going to look a little different than the speed colgate plays at ;)

You going? Hope you have a great time-been waiting a while for this one. I'm an AFA fan every other day!

Yes sir I will be there. Got the camper set up in Loveland and heading down in am then driving off to Boise for next Friday nights game.

Don't be surprised if you see AF take a deep shot early in the game....you heard it first here. And a question: What gives you any type of an impression that AF is over confident? Every article the quotes an AF player or coach commenting on playing to win us paired with comments on how tough it will be versus CU. Is your comment just your 'feeling' because it's not documented.

Can't wait for what I hope is an excellent game with my desired outcome.

If anything,

You guys are going to be sky high for this game me thinks-I think we'll win, but I think this ain't going to be easy. I have a very healthy respect for Calhoun and AFA-frankly I think you guys are better than Nebraska.

I think they are-read the response I wrote to TSchek earlier in the week-Troy Calhoun is a much better coach than Scott Frost right now. Period. This is also a much more disciplined football team than NU is. If I'm wrong and we blow AFA out, I'll be back on Sunday to say I was wrong. I just don't see it happening. We're going to win, but this isn't going to be easy. They're good.

I read a few quotes where the afa players said they watched our games and we "looked beatable.". Which combined with the fact that they didnt say anything positive about our team sounds like a polite way of saying they think they are better than us. And that is pretty overconfident thing to say, considering they are the underdog and havent even played an fbs opponent yet

CU beat NU at home in OT, it doesn’t get any closer. Liking someone doesn’t make them better.
