I think some similar judicial reasoning behind NIL will be applied to the issue of classifying players as employees.I'm confused. the linked article doesn't mention NIL and my read is that this is all about classification of scholarships?

you could be right, and we're pretty much at the end of my depth of knowledge of the subject, but I don't think NIL contracts are those of employee/employer from a legal POV.I think some similar judicial reasoning behind NIL will be applied to the issue of classifying players as employees.
The Supreme Court ruling crappped all over the B.S. concept of collegiate amateurism in NIL. The NLRB and other governing bodies will likely crap all over the concept that they are not employees too, in my opinion. However, I’m out of my swim lane on this topic too.you could be right, and we're pretty much at the end of my depth of knowledge of the subject, but I don't think NIL contracts are those of employee/employer from a legal POV.
The tight end has already received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Oregon
I’m surprised about Anderson. Young had heavy rotation on two national ad campaigns. He’s set for life. Anderson only has downside.Hadn't seen this posted anywhere but this is a big surprise
Jimmy K McGrath sounds great.
Nebraska picked up a commitment from Georgia Tech transfer QB Jeff Sims. He was a 4 star dual threat QB when he came to Tech, and played a fair bit. He was hobbled with a foot injury last year, and things really went south with the interim coach there. He has two years of eligibility and could be the starter for Nebraska next year.

Did he have another year of eligibility?Fortunately, we won't face him in game 1 next season.
I wonder if these kid’s NIL deals require them to, you know, play all the games?I’m surprised about Anderson. Young had heavy rotation on two national ad campaigns. He’s set for life. Anderson only has downside.
Advanced math. Love it! Can't wait for a subtraction example.
**** these coaches. **** Jimbo, **** Saban, **** Dabo, **** everyone complaining about it. Funny how all the assholes complaining are in the South.
Jimbo suddenly worried about the portal and NIL and tampering and money in college football
