2023 Colorado Football Schedule & Future Schedules

What does the thumbs down equate to for you?

A less than optimal outcome. Gladiatorwise....

The NCAA continues to rule itself into irrelevance. Oh, you want a waiver to move this game to week zero, getting the whole country excited about one of the highest profile Coaching debuts in recent NCAA history? Something that would be absolutely great for the sport? Nope. Not under our watch

Oof that feels like punishment for jumping the gun on the week 0 game. Prime definitely won’t have any benefits of an easy schedule in Year 1.

I hate this lol
I just look at it like if we’re the only Friday night game all eyes are on us. Our attendance has always been solid even before prime for Friday night games. Play on Saturday with 50 other games and we’ll get the buffs fans and the opposing teams fans and a few casuals depending on the opponent. Strike a deal with Amazon prime and out them all on fridays imo

Im not sure if you live in CO or not but Tailgating Saturday day games is what makes the CFB experience awesome. At least for me anyways

You get ratings by being good, fun to watch and playing marquee opponents. Even the blue bloods get relegated to their conference networks for 1/3 of their games because their matchups aren't intriguing. The entire football world wakes up early on Saturdays to get ready for tailgating and the onslaught of great games across all the different networks. An occasional Friday game is fine, but nobody is tuning into a CU vs Cal game on a Friday night just because it's the only thing on.

Just FYI USC is playing a week 0 game but I think it was in place a long time ago. San Jose State is visiting for a ritual dismemberment and payday.
