tickets finally got here-- apparently i bought "direct" from tcu via stub hub. i am now on their marketing list. sigh.

as for the heat, i am sure it will be miserable, but sometimes you gotta pay the cost to be the boss.

if worse comes to worst, i will buy my way into whatever their club is and drink their booze as we cruise to glorious victory.

by the way, kickoff is at 11a local texas time-- that "should" mean it is a bit cooler, right?

Speaking of, when do we get out season tickets? Or are they entirely mobile?

I was just listening to a podcast where Monterey Jack and Johnny Appleseed were oh pine ing on the difference between a horned frog and a tree frog. As cheesy as it seems, the horned frog isn't actually an amphibian - it is a lizard. The tree frog is seem likes to live in a hole in a tree that looks akin to a cottage. Cheese frogs on the other hand prefer to live in a more foggy area, like Humboldt.

They have so much more technology to deal with heat these days. The players will be getting cooled down regularly.

TCU had a great team...but let's be honest..they won many by one score and in the fourth quarter and got obliterated by GA...I'm a Buff fan...I know what obliteration looks like...LOL. I don't think TCU was as good as their record last year and lost all the guys who won all those close ones.

Cuz I'm a homer and there's no consequences for being wrong...I'm going to say CU by 4...CU 44, TCU 40

I hope this isn't Randy's attempt to string me along.

Although, this may be just what the fromager needed to place a bet and make some cheddar!
