Late game UNLV and San Jose StateUTSA v Temple. Yeah, it’s scratch your eyes out football on tv tonight.
Late game UNLV and San Jose State
Walters is feeling the pressure, he looks miserable on the sideline and is going after the officialsMark Walter’s is going to get fired. This Purdue team is bad
He won't have trouble finding a coordinator job. Pick the right one and he'll get another shot as a head coach, at least at a G5 school.Purdue is just a bad team.
Can't imagine Walters lasting very long. Good thing he's young and well be able to recover his career.
Part of this comes from SEC and a few other top programs scheduling body bag games late season to pad their schedules and make money without having to work hard at it. Georgia playing UMass, Tennessee vs. UTEP, South Carolina vs. Wofford, Clemson with the Citadel, following a similar line-up last weekend. This weekend's slate is not good in general. Weird for a sport going into an expanded playoff.
It’s that badDamn, Purdue’s so bad they’re even gonna fire the HC’s dad!!!
That’s just mean.

Funny thing is I went to school with his dad. So my slip was a flashback. LolIt’s that bad
I mean…who doesn’t want a Georgia UMass game in late November? This weekend's slate is not good in general. Weird for a sport going into an expanded playoff.

Included in the season ticket package, at full price.I mean…who doesn’t want a Georgia UMass game in late November?
Well, I coached Ryan when he was young so some of this may be my fault.Funny thing is I went to school with his dad. So my slip was a flashback. Lol
Purdue at Michigan State tonight…
That game could give one the chills thanks to their mascots whose stares are soul crushing.
I saw Oregon State get dominated last weekend at AFA.Washington State plays at Oregon State for the P12 crown...it would be hilarious if the Beavers won given the season WSU had until losing at UNM last weekend.
Because Wazzu looked so impressive in its loss to New Mexico?I saw Oregon State get dominated last weekend at AFA.
Expect Cougars by 20 there.
Fair. OSU did look incompetent offensively, but that might be AFA starting to put things together.Because Wazzu looked so impressive in its loss to New Mexico?

Realize I have a rep of shïtting on the CFP, but I 100% think that's the reason there's less relevant late season games than in the past. This weekend's slate is not good in general. Weird for a sport going into an expanded playoff.

Simple math.
When the goal was a conference championship and there were 20+ D1 conferences, you had 2-3 teams in each in contention, making around 40-50 teams still in contention for "the goal".
Now "the goal" is the CFP, and there's maybe 16-20 teams in contention for 12 spots.
I would agree with you if there were a lot of games between teams with winning records but not really in the playoff chase. But it mostly just seems like good teams playing bad teams throughout the day.
Simple math is that 12 bids versus 4 for the CFP plus a conference champ getting an auto-bid = there being a fvckton more relevant games than in previous years.Realize I have a rep of shïtting on the CFP, but I 100% think that's the reason there's less relevant late season games than in the past.

Sure, we're comparing different points in time. The 4 team CFP era probably represents an all time low and the 12 team expansion is a small step back.Simple math is that 12 bids versus 4 for the CFP plus a conference champ getting an auto-bid = there being a fvckton more relevant games than in previous years.
This is why Boise St. being ranked where they are is driving me nutsThis San Jose State quarterback is straight ass. This team having a winning record tells you how bad the conference is (if CSU being undefeated in conference play didn't do the trick for you).
