Saddest part is how unfortunately real this stuff is: I just had to respond to a Complaint against an attorney/friend from a crazy in pro per who sued my friend for simply serving him with a UD case. That Complaint sought 1,000,000,000 in punitive damages.
I’ll get it kicked on an Anti-SLAPP, but it will take a bunch of time.
